Off-Limits Establishments in the Vicinity of SAC

The area that follows is currently off limits in Singapore. Additionally, servicemembers who visit this area may be punished under Article 134, UCMJ, for patronizing a prostitute. The area currently off limits is part of a designated red light area (DRLA) where prostitution is legalized in Singapore

The Geylang DRLA, located at the even numbered roads from Lorong 2 Geylang to Lorong 40 Geylang, Singapore

This order applies to all Navy service members located and operating in Japan, including Okinawa, and Singapore, who are subject to COMUSINDOPACOM authority, including reserve personnel (when serving in a reserve capacity), National Guard personnel when in an active or drilling status, and personnel in a TAD/TDY, deployed, leave, or pass status. This order also applies to members of other branches of the Armed Forces attached to a Navy unit or located onboard a naval installation in Japan.  This order's application includes permanent party, expeditionary, and rotational units.
