Self-registration for Sasebo Mass Notification System

To register or update contact information for Sasebo Mass Notification System follow the directions below (One-NET users).
 
AtHoc Self Service:
 

  •               Click on ↑ located at the bottom right corner of the computer screen to show hidden icons.
  •               Right-click on the AtHoc self-service client (Gray globe with purple ring) icon.
  •               Select "Access self-service" from the pop up menu.
  •               When the AtHoc self-service client opens, select the "My Profile" tab, then "Edit"

You are now able to review and update your information. Verify work email is current. Afterhours (personal) email and cell phone should be included to ensure emergency communications are received outside of work hours. Dependents can also have their information registered here.
 
When all contact information has been updated, click "Save" in the top, right hand corner to complete the registration process.

Please fill out the following form for all family members and Non-ONE NET users (tenant commands such as SRF Sasebo, Branch Health Clinic, afloat commands, etc.).
