CFAY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ATHOC NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

The AtHoc Mass Warning and Notification System is used by Navy installation commands to provide simultaneous emergency notifications to ONE-Net computer desktops; work and personnel email addresses; as well as work, mobile, and home phones. Registering allows the Fleet Activities Yokosuka Mass Warning and Notification System permission to send notices to requesting personnel and authorized dependents.

CFAY Emergency Preparedness Guide

The CFAY Emergency Preparedness Guide introduces base community members to USFJ's Emergency Evacuation Program (EEP), USFJ's Tropical Cyclone Conditions of Readiness (TCCOR), on and off base emergency notification registration systems, and more.

Visit and fill out the online AtHoc Personnel Registration. This is an external link to the CFAY Flankspeed Portal and will open a new tab or new window depending on your browser settings. Visitors do not need CAC access to submit.
Choose the work network that best applies to you or select other and enter your internet provider.
Enter the sponsor's information. Fields without an asterisk are optional.
Enter the dependent(s)'s information. Fields without an asterisk are optional.
Submit.

City-operated Emergency Notification Systems

Local governments provide their own emergency notification systems and SOFA personnel are welcome to register. Please note, not all city and town emergency management offices can provide notifications in English. It may be necessary to use a translation app to assist. Personnel unsure which city their address may fall under may contact the CFAY Navy Housing Office at Yokosuka_Housing@us.navy.mil for clarification.
