N3 – Air Operations

  • Schedule U.S. Navy intra-theatre airlift support in the C7F AOR.

  • Coordinate flight planning, diplomatic clearances, and all administrative requirements, to include drafting and implementation of crew/aircraft force protection requirements.

Lift Requests

To make a new lift request with CFWP, follow these steps: 

  1. Input your request in the Joint Air Logistics System (JALIS).

    1. Insert “CFWP” as database on login page (Do not use “NALO”).

    2. Information regarding JALIS accounts and training can be found here: https://www.airpac.navy.mil/Organization/Navy-Air-Logistics-Office/Airlift-
      Requests/

    3. If DV (O-6 and above) travel is being requested.

    4. Complete DD Form 2768.

    5. Instructions for filling out the form can be downloaded here.

    6. E-mail the signed form to CFWP at  M-AT-CFWP-NALO@US.NAVY.MIL.

  2. Please contact CFWP Operations Air Logistics Division. We will need to verify your request to ensure validity and accuracy.

    2. Email:  M-AT-CFWP-NALO@US.NAVY.MIL. 

For organizations that are unable to get a JALIS account, or for whom a JALIS account is pending approval or training completion, lift requests can be submitted using the following alternate procedure: 

  1. Fill out a DD form 2768, regardless of DV travel.

    1. Complete DD Form 2768.

    2. Instructions for filling out the form can be downloaded here.

    3. E-mail the signed form to CFWP at  M-AT-CFWP-NALO@US.NAVY.MIL
