Mission.
To maintain and operate facilities and programs, ensuring a safe, secure and functional environment for the Fleet, Fighter and Family. To enable Naval and Joint Forces to project power in support of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command requirements, while maintaining exceptional support to service members, employees, and their families. To maintain operability and liaison with other U.S. and Japanese military services and military administrators as necessary to perform assigned functions and tasks.
Vision.
Uphold a culture of superior support to our customers - the commands, the Sailors, the civilian workforce, and the families. Continue to expand the beneficial relationship with our Host Nation through engagement, cooperation and respect.
Guiding Principles.
Lead with Integrity. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. Communicate transparently, with clear and timely guidance.
Think Outside the Box. In a resource constrained environment, be creative with alternate solutions to effectively meet Commander's intent while remaining focused on the Fleet, Fighter and Family. Be mindful that we are trusted to act as stewards of our nation's resources.
We are One Team. Few ideal solutions are generated by an individual. Leverage our diverse experiences and talents, working cohesively among departments to find resolutions that satisfy all stakeholders.
Safety and Security. Ensure the security of our personnel and equipment, enabling reliable service, while integrating risk management into each decision.
Stay Relevant. At all levels, our people determine our success- invest in them; provide appropriate training, development, and resources needed for mission execution and customer support.
You are an Ambassador. Engage with our host nation, both professionally and socially, living up to the U.S. Navy's Core Values in each interaction.
