Full length and roster photo services by the Public Affairs Office (PAO), NAF Atsugi:
Full Length Portraits: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month
Time: 0900 - 1100

Roster Photos: 2nd and 4th Thursday of the Month
Time: 0900 - 1100

Digital files will be emailed by COB the following day. PAO does not print physical copies.

Please fill out the Photography Job Request Form for events requiring an official photographer
and send it to: NAF-Atsugi-PAO@us.navy.mil

Notary Services: Powers of attorney and notary walk-in services are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1330 - 1500 on the third floor of the Headquarters Building, 949. Outside of those hours, an appointment is advised. All services are available to active duty members, military retirees, DoD civilians and all family members. Please bring with you TWO forms of valid photo ID for any notary service. For appointments, please call 264-3692 or 264-4586.
