Full length and roster photo services by the Public Affairs Office (PAO), NAF Atsugi:

Full Length Portraits: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month
Time: 0900 - 11:00  

Roster Photos: 2nd and 4th Thursday of the Month
Time: 0900 - 11:00 

Note: The 2nd and 4th weeks of the month are the Wednesday or Thursday following the 2nd or 4th Monday of the month. If the 1st of the month falls on a Tuesday or later, that week is not considered the first full week of the month for scheduling purposes. Digital files will be emailed by COB the following day.  PAO does not print a physical copy.
Location:  Building #949, 3rd Floor, across the hall from Legal Men’s and Women’s restroom are located on the same floor as the photo studio for changing into uniform. Full length mirrors are also available in the photo studio.  For questions, please call PAO at 264-4458.

Notary Services:
  Powers of attorney and notary walk-in services are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 13:30 - 15:00 on the third floor of the Headquarters Building, 949.  Outside of those hours, an appointment is advised.  All services are available to active duty members, military retirees, DoD civilians and all family members.  Please bring with you TWO forms of valid photo ID for any notary service.  For appointments, please call 264-3692 or 264-4586.
