Fingerprinting

CFAY SECURITY DEPARTMENT FINGERPRINTING OFFICE

Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka Security Forces Department Fingerprinting Office is located in the Traffic Court Office in Building J-196.

Services are provided Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:40 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. by appointment only. Fingerprinting days and times may differ and may be on different days, depending on the weekly CFAY schedule e.g. Tuesday and Monday.

To schedule a Fingerprinting appointment, please call 243-9052 from a DSN or 046-816-9052 from a cell phone.

Hard copy prints are provided on Form FD-258. If you require a different form, please call ahead to verify eligibility.

Personnel requiring digital prints shall provide reference numbers (e.g. SON, SOI, IPAC, etc). Digital prints are not provided without reference numbers.
