Fingerprinting

CFAY SECURITY DEPARTMENT FINGERPRINTING OFFICE

CFAY Security Fingerprinting Office is located inside the CFAY Security Visitor Control Center in Building 1495.

Fingerprints are by appointment only and must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Hard copy prints are provided on Form FD-258. If you require a different form, please call ahead to verify eligibility. Personnel requiring digital prints shall provide reference numbers (e.g. SON, SOI, IPAC, etc). Digital prints are not provided without reference numbers.
