CFAY Public Affairs Office offers photo studio support for official quarterdeck photos on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

U.S. Navy Officer Full Length and U.S. Marine Corps OMPF are available on Thursdays.

The photo studio is located on the first floor of Building A20 (across the street from the SRF Headquarters Building). Parking at A20 is extremely limited. Additional parking may be available in the SRF Parking Garage. Personnel using off base public transportation are encouraged to use Verny Gate for convenience. The closest Yoko-Pon Work Shuttle stop is at the CPO Club.

Male and female locker rooms are available for changing, but locks are not provided.

CFAY Photo Studio does not provide photos for identification including passports. A coin-operated passport photo booth is available inside the Transaction Service Center Building (formerly known as the PSD Building) on the first floor near Community Bank. The U.S. Embassy in Tokyo also provides a coin-operated passport photo booth in their facility. Please contact the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo for more information.
