CFAY FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS

Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's Fleet and Family Readiness Program, also known as N9, is responsible for policy development, resourcing and oversight of quality-of-life programs for Sailors and their families. This includes MWR, FFSC, and Navy Housing.
