Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka Commodore Matthew C. Perry General Mess is located in Building G-1557 between the CFAY MWR Bowling Center and Navy Federal Credit Union buildings off Clement Boulevard. This location is less than a five-minute walk from most Unaccompanied Housing buildings and a short walk from the Yokosuka Commissary's Yoko-Pon Work Shuttle Stop.

Commodore Matthew C. Perry General Mess also hosts Open Galley Events several times a year. During Open Galley Events, the staff invites the base community to a special, low-cost meal.
