AtHoc Notification System

CFAY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ATHOC NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

The AtHoc Mass Warning and Notification System is used by Navy installation commands to provide simultaneous emergency notifications to ONE-Net computer desktops; work and personnel email addresses; as well as work, mobile, and home phones. Registering allows the Fleet Activities Yokosuka Mass Warning and Notification System permission to send notices to requesting personnel and authorized dependents.

Instructions

Fill out the AtHoc Personnel Registration Form. Please note, sponsors must fill out the registration for dependents.
Email the completed form(s) to cfay.em.dept@us.navy.mil with the subject line of AtHoc Personnel Registration. CFAY Emergency Management personnel may provide additional instructions in reply.
Personnel with additional questions may also email cfay.em.dept@us.navy.mil.
