The CFAY Command Sponsorship Team and CFA Yokosuka Fleet & Family Support Center's Relocation Assistance Team are here to help make the move to Yokosuka Naval Base less stressful. If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to check out the CFAY Welcome Aboard page.

Key Elements of the CFAY Command Sponsorship Program

CFAY Command Sponsor Team provides assistance to both unaccompanied and accompanied military personnel, civilian employees and SOFA-sponsored spouses and dependents PCSing to CFAY. Our sponsors can help find the answers to your questions covering housing, education, and healthcare, among other concerns. Simply email to the CFAY Command Sponsor Coordinator. The earlier, the better.

From preparing to bring your pet to Japan and answering questions about DODEA schools, U.S. Navy Hospital Yokosuka healthcare and FFSC's cultural orientation, CFAY's sponsorship program offers comprehensive benefits to ease your transition.

For Sailors and families moving to Yokosuka, but not being gained by CFAY, your command has it's own Command Sponsorship Program. If you don't know how to reach them, please consider downloading this document and contacting your command ombudsman or visiting us online for one of our Yokosuka Sponsorship on Demand sessions.
