CFAY COMMAND ADMIN FAMILY ASSISTANCE SUPPORT TEAM (FAST)

The Family Assistance Support Team (FAST) Office falls under CFAY Command Admin. The team operates as an independent RAPIDS ID lab serving all customers to include active duty, dependents, civilian employees, contractors, and retirees.

CFAY FAST provides the Multiple Exit / Re-Entry (MER) Passport Stamp for all Yokosuka-based personnel and assists CFAY Command Admin in the Dependent Entry Approval process.

FAST is in the James D. Kelly Fleet Recreation Center, Bldg. 3008, on the 3rd floor in Room 347. FAST is located near the Transition Assistance Program Office in the Navy College wing of Fleet Rec.
