CFAY SECURITY VEHICLE REGISTRATION OFFICE

VRO is located in building J-196, 1st floor, across the hallway from the CFAY Safety Driver's License Office. It is important to note that SOFA-sponsored personnel will require the USFJ Form 4E-J, also known as the SOFA Driver's License, before being able to register a vehicle.

VRO is responsible for vehicle registration/de-registration of SOFA military, civilian, MLC/IHA, PSC, HPT, and base contractors. They are also responsible for preparing necessary paperwork for junking, buying, selling, shipping out as well as other documents relative to vehicle processing at the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Closes at 1 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month for training.
Closed Saturday, Sunday, Marine Day, Mountain Day and all American holidays.
