Traffic Administrative Forum (TAF), also known as Traffic Court, convenes at Bldg. 100 (Port Operations), 2nd Floor/Training Classroom at 1300 on the first and third Thursday of each month except for holidays. Individuals who are issued an Armed Forces Traffic Ticket (DD Form 1408), and intends to contest the allegations, must appear at one of the next two TAFs following the date of the traffic ticket.  

To plead "no contest" the individual must sign and write "Plead no contest" on the pink copy of the Armed Forces Traffic Ticket (DD Form 1408) and submit it to the COMFLEACT Sasebo Security department within two TAF dates from the date of the traffic ticket. The penalties will be assessed as described in article 10 of CFASINST 5800.1 series.
