ID Cards, DEERS, and RAPIDS

In Okinawa, ID Cards are issued on an appointment basis:

On-line appointment: https://rapids-appointments.dmdc.osd.mil/

How to make an appointment using the CAC website:

- Click on “Make Appointment”
- Scroll down and click on “Country”
- Select “Japan” and click on “Go”
- Choose “PSD Okinawa”
- The next available appointment is marked in green
- Click on the date and select a time
- Provide all information and click “Submit”

Note: Please bring two forms of ID and all original documents.
