The Public Works Department is committed to providing outstanding Base Operations Support and Facilities Contracting to our forward deployed Warfighters and their families.

We are located at the Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) Sembawang Terminal. Our workforce consists of Navy personnel, US and Singapore civilians, and Base Operations Support contract staff. We serve as the principal advisors to Singapore Area Coordinator for all matters related to facilities, energy, transportation, environmental management, contracting, and base operations support.
