Singapore Area Coordinator's Public Safety branch is responsible for coordinating emergency management plans and services with relevant host nation agencies, and the military representatives from Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. which are also present at Sembawang.

It is recommended that every military family in Singapore have, at minimum, an Emergency Preparedness Kit. Details on the kits, what they should contain, and valuable tips for families to prepare for emergencies can be found here.
