Pedestrian access to Navy Region Center Singapore, Bldg. 7-4 at the Port of Singapore Authority's Sembawang terminal, is limited to authorized Department of Defense personnel, their families, and registered visitors. Vehicle access is by permit only, and questions should be addressed to the Public Safety Department, at COMM (+65) 6750-2312, DSN 315-421-2312.

Access to PSA Sembawang and Bldg. 7-4 is 24/7 for authorized personnel.
