Singapore's Navy Federal Credit Union Member Service Center is located on the first deck in Building 7-4, PSA Sembawang Terminal, adjacent to the NEX. Its hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. NFCU is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays.

NFCU is a full-service facility offering a variety of savings and loan products, as well as Cashier's and Traveller's Checks. Checks or money orders may be deposited and funds from savings may be withdrawn in the form of a U.S. currency or as a cashier's check. NFCU does not offer currency exchange services into Singapore dollars; a cash cage adjacent the NEX provides this service at the day's current rate.
