You will arrive on either a military aircraft (KC-10 or C-17), or on a commercial charter (DC-8 or Boeing 757). Your flight will be met by BIOT Customs, who will provide a short briefing on Customs requirements (discussed on the next page of your tour). If you are a visiting VIP and arrangements have been made through your on-island sponsor, the Customs agent will escort you off the aircraft at this point. Your sponsor will meet you either at the aircraft or in the passenger terminal.

Next, the passenger services representative will board the aircraft and deplane all passengers. You will be taken by bus to the Customs holding area (located in the passenger terminal) where you will claim your baggage.
