The Fleet Activities Okinawa Information Resource Management (N6) Department enables "state of the art" information technology services, base communication functions, and telecommunications. Supporting four installations on Okinawa, the staff continually works toward enhancing capabilities, upgrading services, implementing new office automation solutions, and improving network infrastructures.
For all new users to the OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-NET), you will need a ONE-NET account.
Please use the System Authorization Access Request - Navy (SAAR-N) form and fill it out in its entirety. Here is an example SAAR-N and a blank SAAR-N form. Please ensure to read the user agreement (Block 22) on the SAAR-N prior to digitally signing the form on Block 24. Leave Parts 3 and 4 on the SAAR-N blank.
