Command Senior Chief Clinton D. Bader is originally from Glennonville, Missouri. He graduated from Campbell High School in 2003 and enlisted in the Navy in 2006. Bader is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 262/Blue).
After completing his training at Recruit Training Command (RTC) in Great Lakes, Illinois, and Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) "A" School, his first duty station was aboard the USS Nimitz (CVN 68) in San Diego, California, from October 2005 to September 2011. His subsequent assignments include NAS Whiting Field in Milton, Florida, from 2012 to 2015; the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) in San Diego and Bremerton, Washington, from 2015 to 2020; and NAVSTA Rota, Spain, from 2020 to 2024.
Bader married his wife, Keryn, in 2012, and they have four daughters.
He was selected for the CMDCM/CMDCS program in February 2024.
