Mission

Navy Flight Medicine Clinic Misawa promotes, maintains and restores the healthcare of our permanent, deployed and transient USN and USMC forces in Northern Japan, thus sustaining the medical readiness of our fighting force.

Overseas Screening Process

Inbound active duty personnel with medical issues must contact the Navy Flight Medicine Clinic at COMM: 011-81-176-66-6136 DSN: 315-226-6140 for further guidance. Inbound active duty with dependents may contact Navy Flight Medicine Clinic at the above number(s) for guidance to send family Overseas Screening to the Air Force personnel. The 35th Medical Group Overseas Screening coordinator may be reached at 011-81-176-66-3230. Family members are seen by Air Force medical providers and active duty Navy are seen in the Navy Flight Medicine Clinic.
