This department provides command sponsorship, base-wide command indoctrination, command directives/polices, distribution of incoming/ outgoing mail and support in the processing of a variety of correspondence to NAFM and 12 tenant commands. Additional services include command career counselor, public affairs, and legal services for Navy Misawa.
