CFAY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COMPUTER DESKTOP NOTIFICATION SYSTEM (CDNS)

Computer Desktop Notification System, or CDNS, is used by shore commands to provide simultaneous emergency notifications to OneNet computer desktops, as well as home, work and mobile email and telephones. Registering gives the Fleet Activities Yokosuka Emergency Mass Notification and Warning System permission to send notices to requesting personnel and authorized dependents.

Fill out the CDNS REGISTRATION FORM
Email the completed form(s) to cfay.em.dept@us.navy.mil with the subject line of CDNS Form Excel
