Command Sponsorship

Konnichiwa!

Congratulations on your receipt of orders to Commander, Fleet Activities Okinawa.  The sponsorship team's goal is to make your transition to the Pacific area a pleasant one. We are sure you are excited about your upcoming move and have many questions about the command and the area, especially if this is your first command.  You will be contacted by your assigned sponsor, who is familiar with this area, and would be more than happy to answer specific questions or just explain items of concern to you. Also, you may check the following websites, https://www.facebook.com/COMFLEACTOKI/, www.mccsokinawa.com, http://www.kadena.af.mil/, for up to date information on planning your move and learning about Okinawa.

Our command is spread over four separate installations around the island, with on average a roughly 30 minute transit between each one. Your sponsor will pick you and your family up upon your arrival at either Naha International airport (commercial) or Kadena Air Base (AMC), so as soon as you can, please send them your flight information.

To help us assess your needs and verify that you have received this email, please contact the Command Sponsor Coordinator at cfaosponsors@us.navy.mil. Also, please log into NSIPS and complete your Prospective Gain Questionnaire. If you cannot access the PG Questionnaire or are not around a government computer please let us know via email and it will be sent to you.

Additionally, if you or your family need any assistance with the transition process please feel free to contact our Command Ombudsman via the below information:
